Must be 21 years of age or older. Must sign up for a free CQ Rewards card or already be a member. Participants may not be enrolled in the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program (“SEPs”), IGB Board exclusion List or barred from the casino. Eligible CQRs may participate only once per day. Only one raffle ticket per person per claiming period is allowed. Digital and online raffle tickets not eligible. Raffle tickets may not be reused. CQRs must present a new, unclaimed ticket for each claim. Date on raffle ticket must match claiming day. CQRs must present their rewards card, valid I.D., and same-day Cardinals Care 50/50 raffle ticket to an authorized casino employee at the Player’s Club during the claiming periods referenced above.
