RULES & REGULATIONS

  • Membership is free.
  • Guest must be at least 21 years of age to participate.
  • Guest must appear in person and show valid photo identification (driver’s license, state identification card, or military identification card) to join and receive a Bally Rewards member card.
  • If a guest is not a US citizen, a current passport or alien registration card is required.
  • Only one member per account is allowed. The benefits of the program are intended for the use of the individual listed on the account.
  • Bally Rewards cards may be used to accumulate Bally Bucks and tier points by the account member only.
  • Bally Rewards members earn tier points. When enough tier points are earned, members will be upgraded to the next tier level. Members will keep that tier level for the remainder of the current year and all of the next year. Only earned tier points will qualify Bally Rewards members for the next level tier status and benefits, unless specifically listed as a promotion.
  • Tier points have no value and may not be cashed out or redeemed and will reset annually.
  • Bally Bucks earned at DraftKings at Casino Queen can only be redeemed at DraftKings at Casino Queen.
  • Bally Bucks and tier points are earned based on game play with member’s card properly inserted at any slot machine, video poker machine, or electronic table game.
  • All Superstar members receive 2X Bally Bucks, all Legend members receive 3X Bally Bucks, and all Champion members receive 4X Bally Bucks respectively, daily as a tier benefit. Bally Bucks will be added to member’s account and available for download the next day. Superstar, Legend and Champion Bally Rewards members must activate their daily tier benefit at any promotional kiosk from 8:00AM to 11:59PM each calendar day to be eligible. Bally Bucks earned for the entire gaming day will be tracked and multiplied daily. Video Poker, electronic table games, and table games awards will be limited to 2X Bally Bucks. Enhanced payouts will max out at 100,000 Bally Bucks per member per day.
  • Bally Bucks and tier points are earned on tracked table play based on a member’s average bet, length of play and game type, at the sole discretion of DraftKings at Casino Queen.
  • It is the responsibility of the member to ensure their Bally Rewards member card is presented at the table prior to play or wager to ensure that their table game play is tracked.
  • DraftKings at Casino Queen uses reasonable efforts to track a member’s average bet and length of play; however, as a condition of receiving Bally Bucks and tier points for table games, member agrees that such Bally Bucks and tier points are granted based on the personal observation of casino employees, which are subject to error. The determination of DraftKings at Casino Queen shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
  • All Bally Bucks and tier points are subject to review and verification.
  • Management reserves the right to adjust account status due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of the Bally Rewards card.
  • All redemptions are final unless otherwise allowed at the sole discretion of DraftKings at Casino Queen.
  • Bally Bucks are valid as long as at least one Bally Bucks is earned every twelve months. If no Bally Bucks are earned within a twelve-month period, the entire member account balance will expire once it reaches twelve months of inactivity.
  • Bally Bucks and tier point earnings are generally non-transferable and DraftKings at Casino Queen reserves the right to refuse to transfer Bally Bucks and tier point earnings in any circumstance.
  • All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this program lie solely with DraftKings at Casino Queen whose decisions are final.
  • DraftKings at Casino Queen reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time, for any reason, subject to applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modifications shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any member’s rewards already earned or redeemed.
  • Bally Rewards cards are the property of DraftKings at Casino Queen and must be returned immediately upon request.
  • DraftKings at Casino Queen will not be responsible for lost or stolen cards.
  • Bally Rewards members are responsible for securing their confidential Personal Identification Number (PIN) for all accounts. Members may not disclose their PIN codes except to an authorized DraftKings at Casino Queen employee. It is against Bally Rewards Member policy for a member to use another member’s PIN for any purpose.
  • Valid photo identification is required for duplicate Bally Rewards cards, to change the Personal Identification Number (PIN), to obtain information on account, and to claim promotional prizes.
  • The benefits listed are not guaranteed, nontransferable and may be limited to blackout dates and holidays.
  • Members agree to allow the use of their name and likeness for promotions, advertising and announcements without compensation where permitted.
  • Members are responsible for any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees.
  • Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage this program or to undermine the legitimate operation of this program may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; DraftKings at Casino Queen reserves the right to fully seek damages from any such person of the law.
  • Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities including through a government program, by their own request, or those excluded at the sole discretion of DraftKings at Casino Queen are not eligible.
  • DraftKings at Casino Queen employees are not permitted to participate.
  • By accepting the Bally Rewards card, you are accepting all of the preceding guidelines.
